Return & Exchange Policy

• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Items on Sale or beaded items are typically not eligible for returns, but we may offer an exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability.

Return Process

• Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@hddesigneg.com or DM @hd.designs.eg to request a return authorization.
• Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all tags.
• Item Collection: We will arrange a courier pick-up for your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or if wrong item was sent.

Refunds

• Once we receive and verify the returned item's condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Instapay or credit card).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
